The Turkish National Metrology Insitute  (UME) hosted the events of GULFMET Week held during the period from April 23th – 26th, 2018.

During the 4 days event, 7 GULFMET technical  committees were held their meeting  to discuss and participate in the Inter Comparison Programs at the regional level and the International Comparison Programs organized by Consultative Committees at the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), and to ensure the effectiveness of quality management systems in measurement and calibration laboratories located in those participating countries in order to attain the international mutual recognition of measurement and calibration capabilities (CMCs).
